Role and Responsibilities:
This position offers the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-sized projects. The Project Manager will ensure all project activities comply with established procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. This role requires leadership expertise to guide project team members in achieving project requirements, delivering contracted deliverables, and meeting committed project results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team, define the project execution strategy, and oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to achieve all project objectives.
- Monitor and control project progress, optimize resource utilization, and manage project financials.
- Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, while actively pursuing identified opportunities.
- Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Qualifications:
- Extensive project management experience, including familiarity with relevant tools, methodologies, and current market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
