Asset Management Engineer
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and maintaining asset data, including asset attributes, maintenance history, performance metrics, and other relevant information in the asset information model.
Analyze asset performance data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies impacting asset reliability, availability, and maintenance requirements.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing asset lifecycle, including planning for asset acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
Work closely with other teams, including engineering, operations, maintenance, and IT, to ensure alignment of asset management practices and data standards across the organization.
Implement best practices and standards for asset management, including ISO 55000 series standards, to ensure efficient and effective management of physical assets.
Develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies based on asset performance data and industry best practices.
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, markets, and partnerships that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
This role involves nurturing relationships with existing clients and stakeholders, as well as establishing connections with new prospects. The Business Development Manager will work to understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet them.
The Business Development Manager will develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the Asset IQ Navigator Model™. This may involve defining target markets, setting sales goals, and executing sales campaigns.
Negotiation skills are essential for this role, as the Business Development Manager will negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and partners.
Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments is crucial. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.

Qualifications
A Master's degree in Business Administration is essential for this role, along with the necessary practical skills in areas such as strategic management, marketing, finance, and business development.
Candidates should have a proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the asset management sector. Miniumum 5 years experience in selling enterprise-level solutions or services is highly desirable.
Qualifications
A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical or electrical engineering, is essential for this role.
Candidates with additional specialization or certification in asset management, reliability engineering, or maintenance management are preferred.
